She is १८... and he is ६०?

Here we have your typical Bollywood movie. As far away from reality as possible, right? WRONG. In this movie (which I have not seen. Yet) an 18 year old girl and a 60 year old man fall in love. Attraction between two people is natural, despite an age difference. And that my friends, is why the Indian public is not ready for this movie. HENCE the NATURAL. Bollywood films usually have some crazy love story that you would only find in your dreams or fairy tales. Let’s face it, we’re still very orthodox and conservative about certain issues. You all know it, this 18 year old and 60 year old thing (... maybe not that old, but still) is completely realisitic, but the Indian moviegoer is probably not ready for this sudden shock of the CRAZY side of reality. I admit it, its crazy; a 42 year age difference is QUITE a lot. Although, think about the history of most countries and what is still going on in parts of India today... young girls were married off to people twice, thrice, 4 times her age! So what do i think about this? Sure, 42 years apart is a bit too much... but SOME people just need to think about that the next time they see some youngins who are only 13 years apart.
